Wave Island : Water park for the entire family

Right next to Parc Spirou is Wave Island, a water park for the whole family. This water park is the perfect place to cool off and have fun with the whole family on those hot Provençal summer days. With its many pools, slides and lazy rivers, Wave Island offers an unforgettable experience for water lovers.

One of Wave Island‘s star attractions is Da Wave, one of the largest artificial waves in Europe, perfect for surfing enthusiasts. The water park is only open in summer (late June to early September), but Parc Spirou is open almost all year round, with fun themed days in October for Halloween !

Holidays in Provence with children: lots of other activities possible

For holidays in Provence with children, the Moulin de Souchières is the ideal base to discover a lot of other family activities besides Parc Spirou and Wave Island. All the family can have fun in the tree-climbing park the Parcours accrobranche in Mormoiron, with different courses for all levels. In Venasque, the children’s amusement park La Forêt Enchantée promises many hours of fun in the middle of nature. A little further away, in Pierrelatte, the Crocodile Farm fascinates young and old alike with its impressive reptiles. Finally, be sure to visit the Ferme aux lamas in Le Barroux, where children can meet these cute animals. Thanks to its central location, the Moulin de Souchières allows you to take full advantage of all these family activities during your day trips, and back in your holiday home you can relax in the large garden or by the pool to recover from a busy day.
